"Customer service left me feeling less confident"
I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a quick fix, but it took way too long to get a response. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really solve anything. It was frustrating, it made me trust the company a lot less.

"Good prices, but I felt a bit ignored"
The prices are good for lunch stuff, and my kid actually uses it every day, so I’m happy with the value. I just wish the experience felt a little more attentive, because at times I felt kind of ignored when I had questions.

"Felt let down by the lunch"
I ordered lunch from itsmylunchbox.com and felt a bit disappointed. The sandwich showed up kind of soggy and didn’t have much flavor, which made me wonder if the photos or description made it seem better than it actually was. Delivery was fine, but the food itself really didn’t feel worth it. I hate feeling like I got fooled into expecting more, so I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Not great if you have a special diet"
I’ve had my diet request get mixed up twice now and it’s frustrating. I wouldn’t feel great relying on them if you need something specific.

"Packaging was okay, but kinda could be better"
My order from itsmylunchbox.com showed up on time, so no issues there. That part was smooth and pretty much what I expected.

The packaging was kinda just okay, though. The box looked a little squashed on one side, and the wrapping inside felt a bit thin. Nothing was actually ruined, but it didn’t feel super secure either.
I’d probably still order again, but I do hope they improve the packing a little. For the price, I kinda expected it to be handled with a bit more care...

"I’ve been really happy with the portion..."
I’ve been really happy with the portion sizes so far. With other meal services I’d finish lunch and be hungry again an hour later, but these actually feel like a full meal. I even asked support about it and they basically said, “the meals are meant to be satisfying, not just light snacks,” which has been true for me. Good amount of food without feeling overdone.

"Super easy and no hassle"
I ordered lunch boxes for my kids through itsmylunchbox.com it was really simple. The menu was easy to understand, checkout went smoothly, and I got the confirmation email right away. I did have to change one item after ordering, but that was easy too. No complaints so far, I’d definitely use it again.

"Got fixed... eventually"
Had an issue with my order, which was super fun because who doesn’t love chasing things up? I had to message support and wait longer than I expected, but to be fair, they did finally get back to me and sorted it out. Not exactly the smoothest experience ever, but at least it got fixed in the end. I’d maybe use them again, assuming next time doesn’t come with the bonus waiting game.

"Pretty good lunch variety overall"
I’ve been using itsmylunchbox.com for lunch options, and I think I like that there’s a decent mix of choices instead of the same boring meals every day. Some days the menu looks better than others, or maybe I’m just being picky, but overall there’s enough variety to keep things interesting. I do wish they had a few more veggie options, though.

"Pretty reliable every time"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and at this point I just kind of assume lunch is going to show up when they say it will. So far, that’s been the pattern. No stress, no guessing, just on-time food.
